In 1983, David, Evelyn, and the late Jay Groen opened Groen’s Fine Furniture in a small storefront in Dyer, IN. The business was built on the principles of quality furniture, honest prices, and exceptional customer service to all who visited. For almost 4 decades the family has nurtured and grown the business with those concepts at the forefront. Today we are proud to serve our customers from two locations with three generations actively involved. We offer a wide variety of quality home furniture, accessories, and mattresses. My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop by Groen’s. I have not been in there in years, my husband never. Very pleasantly surprised at the furniture and quality of it. Brittney greeted us and let us walk around. My husband spotted a picture he liked and I purchased it as a Christmas gift for him. We will definitely be back, as the decor has changed in the store from being colonial (years ago) to more modern/farmhouse/eclectical furnishings. Brittney was great to deal with and will recommend her to anyone we know looking for furniture.
